Jim Beam's new Double Oak bourbon is all about the flavour – it's aged twice in two new charred-oak barrels using Kentucky's pure, naturally filtered water. It makes sense, then, to use it in one of Kentucky's favourite drinks: the julep, which is made here with blueberry jam.
