To help you try and heal your liver after a drinks-heavy festive period, Petersham Nurseries Covent Garden is hosting two alcohol-free cocktail masterclasses on the 21 and 28 January.
Set in the majestic surroundings of the shop, you'll be provided with drinks, mixers and garnishes to create sophisticated non-alcoholic cocktails using the three Æcorn Aperitif expressions. On arrival, guests will enjoy a welcome NOgroni cocktail while hearing about the varied history of the Negroni. Guests will then enjoy three Æcorn cocktails accompanied by canapés while Æcorn's brand ambassador Ed explains how non-alcoholic drinks can be enjoyed with friends and beautifully paired with food.
Priced at £25 per person, the masterclass looks an ideal one for the non-alcoholic cocktail skeptics out there as well as the already-converted.
