Alexandra Dudley x Nina Parker 'Cooking for the Rainforest' supper club

Supper clubs in and of themselves are pretty special. There's something about being in a room full of like-minded individuals, sharing delicious sharing platters of food cooked with love and drinking your own booze in a less-than-standard environment that makes you want to book more and more. Lucky for you, on Wednesday 27 November, chefs Alexandra Dudley and Nina Parker are coming together to cook up a storm in aid of the Amazon.

The supper club is being hosted at the beautiful Refettorio Felix in Earl's Court, and ticket price includes a welcome glass of Ruinart champagne, a four course plant based menu, Cobra beers, Grey Goose cocktails and a raffle ticket. When asked what guests should expect, Alexandra said bold, colourful food celebrating seasonal ingredients - which sounds good to us.

You'll also be treated to live performance from musicians Raz and Afla plus a raffle full of seriously exciting prizes, including a stay at The Artist Residence Hotel, dinner for two at Cub London, a stay at The Northgate in Bury St Edmunds, afternoon tea at Petersham Nurseries, photograph from London photographer Charlie Daily, crystal healing workshop with Emma Lucy, a Human Method session by Nahid de Belgeonne, 3 PT sessions by personal trainer Alex Alvarez, a haircut and blow dry at the George Northwood Fitzrovia Salon, Tielle Love Luxury voucher, meal kit from All Plants, as well as goodies from Vanderohe, Belazu, Pureology and Biona. 

Dudley's USP is her ability to get creative with minimal-waste, plant-based cooking, serving up fresh, light and flavourful salads, tarts, hotpots and crudités minus tonnes of waste, so we're confident this will be a good'un.
