Avocado and poached egg on toast for brunch again? Pho-get about it! You need to get yourself down to Pho St Paul's for a bottomless brunch offering that'll knock your pastel-colour-themed-Instagram, Pomona's-eating socks off. What does a Vietnamese-inspired bottomless brunch consist of? Expect Viet twists on classic breakfast dishes, which means crispy pandan waffles filled to the brim with berries, starfruit, condensed milk and maple syrup; a bright and flavourful brunch rice bowl with grilled pork belly, soft boiled eggs and crunchy veg; and, on the veggie side of things, a punchy Vietnamese omelette with Sriracha ketchup, herbs and avocado.

A Vietnamese-inspired brunch wouldn't be complete without the country's breakfast staple, phở, so the menu will also feature five healthy and fragrant breakfast soups, including the restaurant's popular Phở Chin and Bun Rieu.

Ordinarily, you can pair one of those dishes with unlimited refills of select cocktails (Sriracha bloody mary anyone?), prosecco or beer for just £25, or go teetotal for just £13 – but this Saturday 27 July, Foodism readers can get an exclusive 50% off when they book for the launch service from 11am-3pm, meaning you get bottomless brunch for a shockingly good-value £12.50, or non-alcoholic for just £6.50. All you've got to do is book ahead and Pho's crack team of broth experts will apply the discount when you pay. Catch us there with a Ca Phe Martini in hand.

Although this is an exclusive preview for all you lovely Foodism readers, the brunch will also be available for everyone at regular price on Saturdays and Sundays from 28 July onwards.
