If you're into eating sustainably, you'll want to check out new eco-forward brand Knuckle which, combining the co-founders love of fashion and sustainable eating, is selling t shirts and supper club tickets with an environmentally friendly ethos.
Founders Hugo Ross, Xanthe Gladstone and Felix Saffari are, through their merch and several one-off events, aiming to spread the message of food sustainability, eating more ethically and being environmentally forward thinking with eating for the planet by serving delicious food using organic, locally grown fruit and veg and working with small local businesses.
This month, in collaboration with Chef Tanita De Ruijt and Minor Figures, they'll be hosting their third supper club at Allpress Roastery to celebrate Thanksgiving. Each £55 ticket includes a three-course meal curated and cooked by Tanita and her team, with free cocktails on entry and further free drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic, available at the bar. Not bad, eh?
