Ask any New Yorker where you simply must-visit on a trip to the city and it's likely The Four Horsemen will be on their list. The wine bar and restaurant in Brooklyn from LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy has quickly become a favourite with visitors and locals alike, receiving a bunch of accolades including a Michelin star.

Hop across the pond and you'll find the slightly more familiar Rondo La Cave, the subterranean wine bar and incubator kitchen in Holborn. Known for hosting chefs from all over the world – recent residencies include Chet's, a concept by Kris Yenbamroong, the man behind LA's Night + Market, and Four Corners from pizza expert Anthony Falco – this one night pop up is shorter than usual, but no less impressive.

Put on in partnership with Brooklyn Brewery, the evening will see a short, sharp menu from executive chef at The Four Horsemen, Nick Curtola, paired with rare Ghost Bottles from the brewmaster's cellar at the Williamsburg-based brewery. Aka: experimental, inventive brews that are only available at select events when the team decide to crack them out. Menu highlights include tuna, yuzu kosho, tonnato and smoked dulse and pasta coperta with whipped ricotta.

Not a beer fan? Never fear. Rondo La Cave's wine director has curated a selection of the bar's best natural wines to pair with this one-off menu.

Tickets can be purchased by booking a table for the evening of July 5th.
