No responsibility can be taken for any lost or delayed entries.

Winner must be 18 years old or over.

The winner will be chosen from all correct entries and will be notified by email.

The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.

- The prize value of the competition is £150.

- Prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

- Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize and book their flight. If the winner is ineligible or does nowt respond, we reserve the right to chose a runner up.

- London In The Sky will endeavour to seat you at your first choice of Taittinger flights but if that flight is full, they will provide alternative options subject to availability.

- If London In The Sky cannot accommodate your availability, they reserve the right to substitute the prize for something of equal value.
