Without a doubt, the spritz is having its moment in the sun. We've had the Aperol spritz, the Hugo spritz, and now we've got the POLAR spritz.
Inspired by mint schnapps in Germany, POLAR spirit is the UK's first peppermint liqueur, bringing the taste of the continent to ol' blighty. POLAR uses a sugar beet grain and natural flavourings to create a premium, clear liquid.
Mix cubed ice and spirits in a wine glass, then mix and top with soda water and prosecco. To serve garnish with mint and peeled cucumber.
