Combining the spirit of New York with the gin heritage of London, Prototype Gin is changing up the gin game. Now you can win a bottle and be ready for the festive season.

Made in batches, of which only 200 bottles of each is made, this new gin is investigating not only changing flavour profiles, but also the ways in which these two iconic cities can be distilled into one punchy bottle of gin.

The first release features classic juniper, alongside New York City honey from bees that live on the High Line, herbs, meadow flowers, cumin and citrus peel. The resulting gin is rich and robust, with hints of spice and woody notes with an anchoring bright essence.

Using the unique, and rarely used, one-shot distillation, Prototype gin is diluted just once in order to bring it to palatable alcohol levels, meaning that flavours are enhanced and strong in profile.
