Dinings SW3 blends authentic Japanese techniques with European influence, creating a menu with the best seasonal ingredients. Enter this competition, and you could win a bespoke ten-course menu, including some of Dining's signature dishes, a sushi selection, and a chef's selection of desserts.

So, what does a seasonal omakase feast entail? You'll kick off proceedings with a foraged wild mushroom miso soup before diving chopsticks into a potted native blue lobster ceviche with yuzu aji amarillo vinaigrette and a cosberg lettuce and mixed radish salad.

Chef and owner of Dinings SW3 Masaki Sugisaki

Then, onto a devourable Japanese wagyu beef steamed mini burger bun and shio-koji cured venison loin before starting on the sushi selection – a spread of bluefin tuna, Wester Ross salmon, yellowtail loin, tempura inside-out rolls, maguro-maki selection and more. At this point, we recommend loosening your belt buckle to make room for the chef's selection of desserts, which you won't want to miss.

Your Prize

The prize includes the seasonal omakase menu for two (RRP £130 per person), a welcome drink and the sommelier’s pick of a bottle of wine or sake.
