The promoter is Threadneedle Media, registered in England and Wales under company number 11293816, with a registered office at c/o Ampa Holdings LLP, Level 19, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG (“Promoter”).

Competition and How to Enter

By entering into this competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility
a) The competition is open to residents of the UK mainland only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with this competition and members of the immediate families or households of the aforementioned.
b) By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
c) The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
i) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence;
ii) completed by third parties or in bulk;
iii) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
incomplete.
d) There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person.
e) Entrants must provide all correct information. Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
f) The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

The competition opens on 00.01 19 March and closes at 23:59 on 19 April
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

Prize
There are 30 Flavour First Aid Kits to be won.
Each prize consists of a selection of spices and ingredients.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.


Allergens & Dietary Information
The Flavour First Aid Kit contains food products which may include allergens.
Full ingredient and allergen information will be provided with delivery.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any adverse reactions and the prize may not be suitable for individuals with food allergies.


Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
Winners will be notified and announced by 10 April via email.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The Promoter will publish the first name, surname and the email address of the winners on their internal system after the Closing Date and before 10 April 2026.

If you object to any or all of your first name, surname and email address being published, please contact the Promoter by emailing support@threadneedlemedia.com with the Competition Title in the subject line. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Prize Delivery
Prizes will be dispatched within two (2) weeks of winner confirmation.
The Promoter is not responsible for prizes that are lost, delayed, or damaged once dispatched.


Unclaimed Prizes


The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or does not respond within 7 days of notification or has not claimed their prize within seven (7) days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries received before the Closing Date.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you do not claim your prize within the specified time limit or are not able to take up the prize.
Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, expense, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Data protection and publicity

The Promoter will collect the first name, surname, and email address of entrants along with confirmation that they are over 18 and resident in the UK Mainland and their answer to the competition question. This personal information is collected so that the Promoter can identify entrants, check they are eligible to enter the competition and qualify for the draw, and to contact the winners.

The Promoter will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions and as set out in the Threadneedle Media Privacy Policy published at https://foodism.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

General
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this competition if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. The Promoter also reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any entrants wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England and Wales.
