The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.
To enter this promotion you must be 18 years of age or older and a resident in the UK. The competition is not open to employees of the promoter (Winerist Ltd), employees of Foodism UK and their immediate family.
No purchase from the promoter is necessary to enter the competition. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative can be offered for any prize. Only one entry per person is permitted. Proof of being the authorised account holder of the email address provided may be required. Bulk and spam entries will be disqualified.
In order to enter the competition, entrants must provide a valid e-mail address and opt in to the Winerist and Foodism UK newsletters. You must still be a subscriber of the above at the time of the competition closure.
The start date of the competition is 1 August 2014, 10am GMT. The closing date of competition is 31 August 2014, 9pm GMT. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the prize draw. The promoter’s decision is final and binding.
The prize includes accommodation consisting of a 2-night stay at Borgo Santo Pietro for 2 people in a Superior Room (upgrades subject to availability). The prize also includes breakfast for 2 people, a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival, a private visit for 2 at Castello di Fonterutoli and £200 credit towards flights, car hire or any other transportation expenses with a supplier of your choice.
The prize can be redeemed from 1 October 2014 to 1 June 2015 (except Easter) subject to availability. You must arrange your reservation with the hotels directly and the tour via Winerist before departure.
The prize does not include transfers to/from the airport and additional purchases. It is the responsibility of the winner to cover all additional costs such as flights, travel insurance and other expenses of personal nature.
The promoter reserves the right to change the prize to an alternative destination or item of similar value without notice, if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.
