Della Vite hugo prosecco cocktail with fennel

Preparation time 5

The three Delevingne sisters are known for their style and their flair, so you know that everything they do is going to be good. We're very much here for Chloe, Poppy and Cara's new Della Vite proseccos, which are so good they're already winning awards.

The two sparkling wines are sustainably sourced and organic, made in collaboration with a third-generation wine-making family in Italy's Valdobbiadene region.

As well as being a nod to the iconic Delevingne surname, Della Vite means "from the vine" – in reference to the sisters' commitment to producing their proseccos in a way that's good for both people and planet.

There are two expressions: the Della Vite Prosecco Superiore DOCG, with aromas of citrus blossom and olive; and the Della Vite Treviso Prosecco DOC, made with natural yeasts and notes of jasmine and lavender.

This fennel-laced take on a hugo cocktail is crisp, light and refreshing – and seriously elegant. We'll raise a glass to that.

  • 75 ml Della Vite Treviso Prosecco DOC 75ml
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 25ml elderflower cordial
  • 25ml sparkling water

  1. Combine the elderflower cordial with tonic water with ice, top with Della Vite Prosecco DOC and a sprinkling of fennel seeds.
  2. Garnished with a fennel top, or sprig of elderflower.
