Holly’s taken the recommended three portions of oily fish per week to the extreme with her borderline-abusive salmon consumption. The habit has proven difficult to fund during her university years and so she can often be found rustling up a hefty portion of ‘pasta and bits’. The recipe was introduced to her by a close friend and former flatmate and has become a crucial user-upper of all the half eaten peppers, browning mushrooms and questionable pesto that can be found neglected in her fridge.
