Recognise the guy above? For those of you who've been asleep for the last few years, it's Dan Doherty, head chef supreme at the Duck & Waffle, and one of the most recognisable faces working in London's kitchens.
Food-based charity Action Against Hunger's 2016 calendar is dedicated to exactly that – putting some of the capital's best-loved chefs in the public eye, in a series of portraits of them at the restaurants where they toil. Among them are Typing Room's Lee Westcott, The Dairy's Robin Gill and many more.
What's more, the calendar doubles as a recipe book, so not only can you admire these chefs in their element and contribute to a great cause – you can cook like them, too. Or at least try to.
