REAL Brut, a 0.5% ABV Brut is fresh and light with a subtle sophistication, and REAL Noir, a 0.5% ABV Still Red, is fruity, balanced and supple with a medium body and a fine lingering tannin finish. The REAL Co. have partnered with like-minded restaurant Plates London to create pairings that will open the mind and stimulate the palate. Chef Kirk Haworth and Sommelier Alex Price have included both the Brut and the Noir in their 2024 Christmas and New Year Tasting Menus.
