Amarula Cream Liqueur chocolate elephants

Shake up your Easter treats with these chocolate elephants that incorporate Amarula Cream Liqueur

  • 50ml  Amarula Cream Liqueur
  • 300g milk chocolate
  • 100g crumbled biscuits
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp icing sugar
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 50g butter
  • Cocoa and nut brittle for rolling


  1. Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie and then leave to cool
  2. Put the butter, cream cheese, vanilla sugar and icing sugar in a bowl and mix together
  3. Add the Amarula Cream Liqueur, almonds, crumbled biscuits and the cooled chocolate and mix well
  4. Place the finished mixture in the fridge for about an hour
  5. Next form small balls from the mixture and roll them in the cocoa or brittle
  6. Finally, place the finished chocolates in the fridge for an hour and enjoy
