Awards season is approaching, and if you weren't lucky enough to be nominated for a BAFTA (we know – we weren't either), you can add a touch of glamour to proceedings with this cocktail made by Chris Moore, owner of Bethnal Green's French-influenced drinking den Coupette.


  • 40ml Grey Goose
  • 30ml Picpoul de Pinet (Grange des Rocs 2015)
  • 2.5ml Bernard Loiseau Pear & Bay Leaf Liqueur
  • 5ml Tarragon & Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 dash Celery Bitters


Stir all of the ingredients over ice, strain then garnish with lemon peel.
