The Wright Brothers' new Spitalfields restaurant makes a very welcome addition to its three existing London locations and waterfront inn in Cornwall, and this one's the most oyster-heavy yet. Diners can eat at tables surrounding tanks of live lobsters and oysters or at the huge marble bar, where servers prepare seafood on beds of ice right in front of your eyes. Start off with a selection of oysters – served fresh as can be with minimal but expertly paired condiments – and other fruits de mer (the langoustines are particularly good) before a main fish dish to finish. If you love your seafood it's as close to perfection as London has to offer – and if you don't, maybe you've just never had it this good. – Mike Gibson
