Laura ate mostly tagliatelle and yoghurt until she was about 17. Now she eats everything. You just try and stop her. Over the last few years she's chased cheeseburgers in Texas, caramels in Paris, plates of carbonara in Rome, tacos and tamales in Mexico and truffles in Piedmont. She still loves tagliatelle, though – she's loyal like that.
