The range, which includes sourdough pizzas crafted at their dedicated gluten free bakery in Oxfordshire, is made without gluten, but always with love.

The White Rabbit story began years ago in the Italian mountains, where co-founder Teo spent his childhood mastering family recipes at his uncle’s pizzeria. Fifteen years later, whilst working as a chef at the White Rabbit pub in Oxford – now the brand’s namesake – he met co-founder Nick. Together, the pair saw firsthand just how many people were missing out on proper pizza because they couldn’t eat gluten. So they began sourcing the best tasting ingredients from Italy and crafting authentic gourmet gluten free pizzas, with a range of dairy, meat and vegan options. Winners will receive each of White Rabbit’s signature Neapolitan style, 24-hour slow proved sourdough pizzas; including the margherita, salame, vegana, Italian thin-crisp inspired chicken and chorizo, prosciutto ham and mushroom, and a pair of pizzettas for a perfect lighter bite. Sides include the authentic, hand-topped roasted garlic sourdough focaccia and mozzarella and garlic sourdough flatbread, plus the new light and fluffy sourdough doughballs with; roasted garlic and herb butter.

The prize also includes White Rabbit’s range of potato gnocchis, plus its fresh new trio of girasoli pastas: Aubergine parmigiana, butternut squash and provola, and prosciutto ham and mozzarella, all proudly made in Italy with high quality ingredients.
