Add to calendarGot any plans Tuesday 10 September? Well, you do now.
We're hosting an exclusive (and completely free) Foodism reader event at private members' club The Court, and you're invited. Starting from 6.30pm you can enjoy welcome drinks and canapés at this swanky venue before delving into an informative Q&A with the legendary Asma Khan of Darjeeling Express.
In celebration of Carnaby Eats (Carnaby's month-long celebration of the area's food and drink) you're invited along for an evening all about sustainability and global cuisine. Learn more about the Blue Turtle initiative in Carnaby and hear Asma Khan’s story, how she developed the ethos of Darjeeling Express, and her take on sustainability in the London food scene.
Our very own editor Mike Gibson will also be on hand to chat about Foodism and our personal investment in sustainability. As if that wasn't enough, from 9pm onwards The Court will also be hosting a comedy evening, so feel free to stick around for some laughs. Oh, and did we mention that this is all completely free to attend? Because it is.
But book fast - there's limited availability so tickets will be issued on a strict first come, first served basis. Keep an eye on your inbox - we'll be in touch later this week to confirm your place. Good luck.
