WHAT TO DRINK: You're obviously a high roller, so choose from the extensive champagne menu – and there are plenty of elegant still wines, too.
WHAT TO EAT: The SE Asian specialities are hard to beat – Hainanese rice (£19) and curry laksa (£19) are excellent. For something with a more European flavour, the John Dory (£26) with sweet potato, burnt butter and wild mushrooms is a top choice.
