Sweeties, the 10th-floor cocktail bar at The Standard, London, will host its first cocktail masterclass on Sunday 20 November – and exclusively for Foodism readers tickets are priced at £30 per person (that's 40% off) and include a welcome drink and three cocktails.

Rounding off the weekend in style, the hands-on masterclass will be the perfect way to spice up your Sunday afternoon with a Standard twist

The cocktails

The 90-minute, sip-along masterclass will be led by head mixologist and the creative mind behind the Sweeties menu, Jack Sotti, who will teach guests how to make three of Sweeties' most popular adaptogen and nootropic-rich cocktails, including:

Frothy Boi

The sour-inspired serve with Chase GB extra dry gin, lacto-raspberry, bay leaf, pink salt and fermented fluffy oats

Pick Me Up

The old-fashioned favourite with Ciroc vodka, Eminente rum, coffee, mushroom, caramel and burnt butter

Love & Happiness

Sweeties' twisted take on a spritz with Ciroc vodka, Melonade, single- estate olive oil, green apple cordial and green tea

The bar

Sweeties opened at The Standard London back in February, serving a menu of naturally mood-boosting cocktails by award-winning mixologists Jack Sotti and Todd Austin, with a particular focus on feel-good ingredients, including energising adaptogens and nootropics. The Shawn Hausman-designed bar plays host to an evolving line-up of international DJs, playing expansive classic and contemporary sounds on its custom-made stack-style Funktion-One sound system against the backdrop of the London skyline.
