If you're looking to get a bit wild this winter, clamber aboard one of Paddington's floating restaurant The Grand Duchess for a special evening of wild game with celebrated chef Cameron Emirali.

On 10 December, Kiwi chef Emirali will bring his signature Mediterranean-influenced flair to the 40-cover taste boat for one night only. The chef will rustle up an indulgent, stylish and delicious five-course tasting menu, with each dish showcasing the very best of British game.

While enjoying night-time views of the peaceful Regent's Canal, guests will delight in plates of pheasant and duck parfait followed by a Middle-eastern inspired spiced hare dish served with rice pancake, pomegranate and coriander.

Diners will then move on to liver with shallots and cavolo nero, followed by Welsh grouse with kale and cotechino served with a pungent (in the best way possible) garlic and tarragon bread pudding. For those looking to truly indulge, Emirali will serve a game pie, with buttery truffle mash, Brussel tops and chestnuts to share among the table for a £20 supplement.

To end, guests can enjoy chocolate eclair served with lashings of salted caramel and a glass of steaming mulled wine. Harry Lobek, the on-board sommelier and co-owner of The Grand Duchess and its sister restaurant The London Shell Co., will be serving a short but sweet list of fine wines.

Dinner is £50 a head, with wine pairing an additional £60.
