Jamón Juan Pedro Domecq: Junmai Ginjo Sparkling Sake, Akashi-Tai

Confit artichoke with sherry sauce: Fukukomachi Junmai Karakuchi Evening Sky Sake, Kimura Shuzo

Bonito del norte, cured raw white tuna with ajoblanco & avocado: Nakadori Dewasansan Junmai Daiginjo Sake, Tatenokawa Shuzo

Pulpo with potatoes & pimentón de la Vera: Nakadori Dewasansan Junmai Daiginjo Sake, Tatenokawa Shuzo

Gloria cheesecake, served in Nacho Manzano’s Gloria restaurant : Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu Sake, Akashi-Tai

Tickets

Tickets cost £35 per person & include an initial Sake tasting followed by a menu of five tapas dishes paired with Sake. Please note that tickets are for a shared table.
