From the team behind London on the Inside comes Sausage Press, a new selection of pocket guides to London, all centred on a theme. The inaugural issue focuses on perhaps the country's most defining and important dish: the full English.

Ranging from decades-old greasy spoons, formica tables and all, to hipster brunch spots that serve up everything from scrambled tofu to a classic bacon sandwich, the guide dives under the city's surface to bring you the best places for every appetite. The only question you'll need to answer is do you want your bread fried or toasted?

As much a visual treat as an informative necessity, each guide features beautiful photography, top tips for ordering, fun full-English facts, and the lowdown on what makes each place unique. There’s wallet-friendly options; 24 hour spots for those 2am cravings; new kids on the block; old school classics – and everything else in between.

Crucially, these are recommendations you can trust. The brain child of London on the Inside founders Ben Smith and Jules Pearson, the guides utilise the pair's decade of experience in the city's food and lifestyle sectors to bring you tried and tested, top-tier suggestions that have withstood the test of time.

To celebrate the launch of the guides, Sausage Press is partnering up with The Hoxton Southwark to serve up what is, in their opinion, the city's ultimate Full English, made up of the best bits from their favourite fry ups. This means you'll be tucking into Dishoom’s masala beans, Beppe’s fried slice, Riding House Café’s bacon, Norman’s sausage, E. Pellicci’s eggs, and hash browns from The Breakfast Club, all on one plate. Rocking a hangover? Boost it away courtesy of the £5 Bloody Mary's from The Pickle House. Oh, and you'll get a free guide with your meal and have a chance to purchase some of LOTI's limited-edition prints.

The breakfast will be served up from 9am-2pm on 9-10 July. Reservations can be made here.
