From 21-25 November, Eat & Drink Festival Christmas will light up Olympia London, bringing together the best in exciting new trends in modern cuisine and mixology.

Head to The Christmas Kitchen to watch live demonstrations from top chefs such as Aldo Zilli, Rosemary Shrager and Theo Randall.

Rosemary will be putting together a fabulous four bird roast, while Theo will be showcasing his seasonal chestnut risotto with pancetta and fresh herbs. You'll also be able to see Dan Doherty – former head Chef at Duck and Waffle – Alex Head from The Social Pantry and Oliver Gladwin, chef director of Notting Hill's The Shed.

Whatever your taste, you'll learn everything you need to know to ensure your Christmas is packed with festive flavour.

Pick up unique ingredients for your spread from independent artisan producers with handcrafted cheese, boutique spirits and homemade Christmas puddings.

And in the season of indulgence, there'll be celebrated street food from the best traders in town including Dookies Grill, Gupta's Bombay, Panache Ice Cream and The Mill House Roast Company.

Elsewhere, The Drinks Station will be the home of creative cocktails, distinctive wines and beers, spirits and the insight of top mixologists and drinks experts headed up by BBC Saturday Kitchen's Olly Smith.
