  • 30ml No.3 Gin
  • 15ml ginger cordial
  • 100ml sparkling wine
  • Garnish: orange twist


  1. Add No.3 Gin and ginger cordial into a mixing glass and stir over ice.
  2. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.
