This refreshing cocktail provides a refreshing alternative to heavy Christmas drinks, and pairs perfectly with Tess Ward's smoked duck and chicory bites. The subtle sweetness of Grey Goose and St Germain is balanced by a touch of lemon, and the pomegranate seeds give it a seasonal twist – as well making it look very pretty indeed. What's not to like?
