It's Japan Centre's 40th birthday this month, and ramen favourite Shoryu has created this cocktail to celebrate. It's not one for the fainthearted, combining sake, mango purée and hazelnut liqueur – but, when it comes to flavour, being adventurous definitely pays off.

Ingredients
- 50ml Josen Sake
- 25ml Yuzu Umeshu Genmai infused
- 25ml Frangelico
- 20ml Mango puree
Method
- Add all the ingredients together in a shaker, top with the mango purée and ice and mix well. Pour over ice.
- The cocktail glass can be decorated with bamboo leaves and fresh blackberries for a summery feel.
