WHAT'S THE DRAW: Heading north from their first site in Brixton Market, The Joint brings saucy American barbecue to the slightly swankier streets of Marylebone.
WHAT TO DRINK: To start, try the Scotch Tommy – a lemongrass and chili tequila topped with agave and lime. Finish with a shot of Bloody Bacon – vodka infused with bacon, with a spiced tomato juice chaser.
WHAT TO EAT: The hot wings and chilli riblets were our favourite light bites (along with the onion rings, the sweetcorn... you get the idea). Leave room for the 16-hour slow-cooked pulled pork stuffed in a fig and vanilla bun, or the potato bun, which comes packed with soft beef brisket, smoked aioli and a bacon relish.
