Mike was born to eat and drink, something that was proven over a decade at Foodism, with a couple of years at The Whisky Exchange thrown in for good measure. Now a freelance writer and consultant and keen amateur sommelier, he loves vintage champagne, white burgundy, Caribbean rum, Scotch whisky tasting menus and Neapolitan pizza.
