Ingredients
- 40ml Woodford Reserve
- 10ml Pedro Ximénez sweet sherry
- 25ml lime juice
- 15ml apple juice
- 10ml elderflower cordial
- 1 egg white
Method
Shake well, and serve in a rocks glass with gold leaf on the outside (or just a rocks glass – we won't judge).
