The winner will be contacted on the phone number and / or email address provided when entering the competition. The winner will have 7 days from the date of first contact to claim their prize. Should Freixenet Copestick Ltd. be unable to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to provide an address for delivery of the prize, this may result in the forfeiture of the prize. In this case, Freixenet Copestick Ltd. reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Any entries received before the opening and after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition
Any entries which are incomplete or incorrect will be void

Should any technological error occur, such as a computer virus, whereby details are lost or entries are stopped prior to the closing date, Freixenet Copestick Ltd. reserves the right to suspend, terminate or modify the competition

Each winner will receive 3x Promised Land Pinot Grigio 75cl and 3x Promised Land Cabernet Sauvignon delivered to the address provided by the winner
Once the wine reaches the winner Freixenet Copestick Ltd. and Wakefield Wines are not responsible for any damage to the product
In the event of damage to one or more bottles in transit, due to the fault of the third party delivery company, Freixenet Copestick Ltd. will not be held liable for re-delivering new stock. An attempt will be made to rectify this issue and replace any damaged product, but this is not an obligation, rather a goodwill gesture.
