Éminence de Bijou Chardonnay
Éminence de Bijou Chardonnay
A refined, light and fresh style of Chardonnay. Versatile enough to drink all year round and the perfect crowd pleaser as we head into spring and summer.
Notes of ripe stone fruit, a hint of hazelnut and gentle creaminess from subtle oak ageing are lifted by a bright, saline finish. Super fresh and lifted, yet rounded and balanced enough to pair with roast chicken, creamy pasta, or even a Friday night takeaway.
Lucy Hitchcock: "Golden sunset in a glass. Layered and elegant with just enough creaminess to make it feel indulgent, even on a weeknight".
Éminence de Bijou Pinot Noir
Éminence de Bijou Pinot Noir
Light, expressive and effortlessly drinkable, this Pinot Noir is all about balance and finesse.
Grown in a cool, high altitude climate of the Pyrenean foothills, it stays light on its feet with soft, fine tannins. Smooth enough for summer BBQs, umami mushroom dishes, or a relaxed spread of cheese and charcuterie in the garden.
Lucy Hitchcock: "Think of this as the little black dress of red wines. Silky, vibrant and effortlessly cool. Light in the glass, but with plenty going on beneath the surface".
Le Bijou de Sophie Valrose Rosé
Bijou in the Med
The Bijou signature. Pale, dry and refreshing, with a crisp finish reminiscent of the beautiful Mediterranean coast. Named in honour of a 19th-century vineyard worker who championed women’s rights in the Languedoc, it’s a wine with both character and story.
