A refined, light and fresh style of Chardonnay. Versatile enough to drink all year round and the perfect crowd pleaser as we head into spring and summer.
Notes of ripe stone fruit, a hint of hazelnut and gentle creaminess from subtle oak ageing are lifted by a bright, saline finish. Super fresh and lifted, yet rounded and balanced enough to pair with roast chicken, creamy pasta, or even a Friday night takeaway.

Grown in a cool, high altitude climate of the Pyrenean foothills, it stays light on its feet with soft, fine tannins. Smooth enough for summer BBQs, umami mushroom dishes, or a relaxed spread of cheese and charcuterie in the garden.

The Bijou signature. Pale, dry and refreshing, with a crisp finish reminiscent of the beautiful Mediterranean coast. Named in honour of a 19th-century vineyard worker who championed women’s rights in the Languedoc, it’s a wine with both character and story.
