This year, Cava Discovery Week will run from 5 to 14 July 2024 across restaurants and premium retailers in London, offering a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of D.O. Cava in the run-up to International Cava Day on 12 July.

As we look forward to the summer holidays, consumers across London can enjoy a taste of Spain through various pop-up activations and promotional offers that food and drink lovers are bound to love. Cava Discovery Dinner at The Dorchester

Join us at the Cava Discovery Dinner at The Dorchester, for an exclusive dinning and tasting experience The Grill at by Tom Booton. The expert Master Sommelier Matteo Furlan, Best UK Sommelier of 2019, worked hand in hand with Chef Tom Booton to pair six vintages of premium Cava with a 4-course dinner.
