- 25ml The Botanist gin infused with lavender
- 10ml honey
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- Prosecco, to top
Dry shake The Botanist gin infusion. Stir the honey and lemon juice until honey dissolves well. Add ice and shake well. Pour into a champagne glass, and top with prosecco.
