"One of my favourite drinks and perfect for a hot summer’s day. The Hopster Gin (our collaboration with the Southwestern Distillery) uses specific hops that lift the citrus of both the lime and the beer. Make the individual drink or make a batch and serve in champagne flutes before a dinner party." – Ed Hughes
