"One of my favourite drinks and perfect for a hot summer’s day. The Hopster Gin (our collaboration with the Southwestern Distillery) uses specific hops that lift the citrus of both the lime and the beer. Make the individual drink or make a batch and serve in champagne flutes before a dinner party." – Ed Hughes

Ingredients

  • 35ml The Hopster gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 200ml Offshore Pilsner
  • Twist of lemon

Method

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard for six seconds.
  2. Pour into a tall glass over ice.
  3. Top up with Offshore Pilsner.
  4. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
