Make Slingsby Gin’s rhubarb and raspberry iced tea
It's cool, it's refreshing and it's packed full of fruity flavour – it can only be Slingsby Gin's recipe for rhubarb and raspberry alcoholic iced-tea

- 30ml Rhubarb gin
- 50ml Raspberry tea
- Handful of mint
- Bar spoon of sugar
- Orange zest to garnish
- Add hot water to raspberry teabag and allow to cool.
- Fill tall glass with ice, add all ingredients including the tea and stir thoroughly.
- Garnish with orange zest.
