Slingsby Gin’s rhubarb and raspberry iced tea

Ingredients

  • 30ml Rhubarb gin
  • 50ml Raspberry tea
  • Handful of mint
  • Bar spoon of sugar
  • Orange zest to garnish

Method

  1. Add hot water to raspberry teabag and allow to cool.
  2. Fill tall glass with ice, add all ingredients including the tea and stir thoroughly.
  3. Garnish with orange zest.
