What's the draw
Former Ottolenghi chef Josh Katz serves up new-school Maghrebi cuisine and killer cocktails from a converted railway arch in Haggerston.
What to drink
Started off with a cocktail – our tipple was the Pomegranate Manhattan – and in addition to a few familiar faces, the restaurant does a great line in Moroccan and Turkish wines by the glass.
What to eat
Order as much as you can, and eat it all from a tray in the middle of the table. Cauliflower shwarma is more hearty and flavoursome than it has any right to be, merguez sausages are superb, and the slow-smoked, date-glazed short rib is a revelation.
