WHAT TO DRINK: Make sure you sit at the beautiful (and bountiful) bar for a pre-dinner cocktail, and there are authentically sourced sakes to drink with dinner.
WHAT TO EAT: It's Japanese given a revamp: a handful of Kurobuta favourites appear on the menu (tuna sashimi pizza, anyone)?, and if you don't order the BBQed jumbo shrimp (pictured), you'll regret it.
