Ingredients
- 50ml Tanqueray gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 15ml elderflower syrup
- 20ml cucumber water
- Pinch smoked salt
- Sprig of fresh dill
Method
Shake all the ingredients together and fine strain into a chilled glass, garnish with a small sprig of fresh dill on the rim of the glass.
