Some of the best cocktails make you stop and question their very existence when you see them on a menu, and this unique addition from Social Eating House does just that. As the name suggests, it’s based around the distinctive flavour of dill, and includes smoked salt and elderflower.


  • 50ml Tanqueray gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml elderflower syrup
  • 20ml cucumber water
  • Pinch smoked salt
  • Sprig of fresh dill


Shake all the ingredients together and fine strain into a chilled glass, garnish with a small sprig of fresh dill on the rim of the glass.
