This cocktail takes the classic negroni's balance of bitterness, botanical flavours and a hint of sweetness but keeps it light, using Swiss liqueur Suze and white vermouth. If you're a convert to the negroni, this is a great alternative to have in the locker. Made with Half Hitch gin, Cocchi Americano vermouth and Suze, it's light, tangy and refreshing

Ingredients
- 60ml parts Half Hitch gin
- 30ml Cocchi Americano
- 7.5ml Suze
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir and serve in a tumbler over ice. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
