Ingredients
- 30ml St Germain
- 25ml Josen Sake
- 25ml Jinzu Gin
- 5 Limes
- ½ small peeled cucumber
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- A pinch of dry lavender
Method
- Muddle the cucumber with the lime and the brown sugar.
- Add the ½ teaspoon of dry lavender.
- Fill up with crushed ice to the top and add the sake, gin and the St Germain last.
- Mix well.
