If you like the classic G&T, we've got a new refreshing summer drink for you: The Wingfield Spritz.

The Wingfield is a new contemporary apéritif, blended by drinks brand Pontoon to a secret recipe from a small batch London Dry Gin, cucumber, pink grapefruit, elderflower, ginger and other fruits and spices. 

What does it taste like? Bright, crisp and fresh summer citrus and white flowers, earthed with deep green herbs, dark spices and a gentle wisp of smoke, with a long, dry finish.

The spritz recipe is simple – as The Wingfield is already so packed with delicious botanicals – making it ideal for knocking up before dinner. 

Ingredients

  • 100ml The Wingfield Gin Aperitif
  • 50ml Fever Tree Soda Water
  • A twist of orange peel, to garnish

Method

Add all the ingredients to a wineglass filled with ice and stir.
